This could be a skin infection such as a staph infection or an allergic reaction to something in her environment including fleas, some ingredient in her food, new carpet cleaner etc.
You really should have your vet check her as if its an infection she will need antibiotics to clear it up.
Dachshunds also have an skin disease called Acanthosis nigrans that is inherited.
