my 11yr old white german sheppard is starting to go the bathroom indoors. I still let him out almost every two hours 24/hrs a day. What do i need to do for him?

Already Tried:
just trying to get him outside as much as possible

At his age it could be a few things...one is a bladder infection and or possible the start of diabetes or even renal or kidney issues. I would have your vet check him out, do a urinaylsis and bloodwork so he can be started on ttreatment.
