my one dog that has been vaccinated has been exposed to parvo, my other dog is 4 months late in his vaccination should I be worry about him getting parvo?

If you have adult dogs that have been regularly to a vet and vaccinated, even if the one is 4 months late, they should be fine.
I would take this opportunity to motivate you to catch up on the late dog's vaccines, but it should be fine.
