our 9 year old beagle/terrier female has been treated for ...

our 9 year old beagle/terrier female has been treated for bladder infections 3x's in 3 months. T the symptons are: her drinking continually, urinating profusely and small amount of blood in urine. Three rounds lateer-my preciuos pooch has growth the size of oranges on her stomach area and is still not able to wait more than 2 hours to urinate. The vet says it could be this that and the other and they need more and more tests, meanwhile, my dog is not well. Please help

Already Tried:
Letting her drink however much water she wants, letting her havew access to the outside, threee rounds of Fyagil with her vet and diminissesh her growth and frequency, but it is back in days
