my yorkie aged 8   has developed rash this year, has been treated for staph with antibiotocs and was fine until a few weeks ago when she developed loss of hair both sides shoulders, more rash itchiness, and occasional vomiting, we have taken her to vet, is on lamb and rice diet. is active , thyroid funcion wnl, labsc inc cbc and sma24, ok except high cholestrol,   she is to have a stimulation test monday to r/o cushings disorder   today i picked her up and she has what looks like a strawberry mark almost encircling her neck, this is completely new, almost as if she has bled under skin, there also seems to be some bruising, Is this something I need to take her to emergency vet for, or if it doesnt spread can it wait until Monday,   she is active/eating Please let me know as soon as you can as I love my little doggie, and want to make sure she is ok,   thanks   Nancy
