Our Rottweiler started vomiting and shaking, drooling and had to be carried into our local vet. The vet said his bloodwork showed he probably had a problem with his liver. He said he was jaundice. He could not tell us anymore but gave us some antibotics for him. He seems to be doing ok for about 1/2 the day but the other 1/2 he will shake and act very tired (no energy). He eats good and drinks good. His urine is so bright yellow it is almost orange. Any idea of what this could be
