Are you seeing any specific symptoms?
What over the counter medications have you given this bird? A vitamin defiiency should be treated with a diet change or vitamin supplements, not antibiotics. Was your bird seen by an Avian Vet when he was diagnosed with the deficiency?
If your bird is having nasal or ocular(eye) discharge, sneezing, coughing is lethargic, or is looking "puffed up" I would suspect some respiratory issue. However, these signs may also be symptoms of other diseases including psittacosis (chlamydiosis), and aspergillosis (a fungus) and even inhaling a seed.
A bird who lives in a household where there are smokers can also display signs of a respiratory disease.

I would not medicate this bird with any antibiotics or medications that do not specifically come from your vet. There are alot of medications that are very toxic to birds and should not be used in treating them.

I suggest that you contact a good Avain Vet to determine exactly what is wrong with your bird.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have further questions.
