I have a three and a half year old Weimeraner with an allergy. Not sure what kind of allergy though. For the past couple of years everytime we gave him a bath his skin would have bumps all over like he was bitten by a mosquito. He's biting excessively all over and even between his toes. He turns bright red all over and his ears are very warm to the touch. At times he gets a yeast infection on his skin and in his ears. My vet gives him a cortizone shot every now and again, but recommends that I have him tested. He said it would cost at least $800, maybe more. Is there an alternative to this?
