I have a 5 year old pomeranian. I have noticed over the last few months that he has lost some weight although he still was eating fine. I now over the last week have noticed that his nose is very crusted and dry and runny when I clean it, his eyes are very runny and i have to feed him out of my hand. Last night in fact I was allowing him to go out to potty he came back in and seemed very disoreinted and kept falling like he couldn't walk I held him in my arms and paniced ofcourse i gave him water and food out of my hand and he seem to get better. I am worried andI am taking him to the vet but wondered if this was common some how. I have a feeling that he wasn't eating like he should while I was out of town. But I don't know that for sure. PLEASE HELLP!

Optional Information:
Age: 5; Male; Breed: Pomeranian

Already Tried:
Feeding him by hand. Less water so he doesn't drink so fast.
