red blood followed by urine. The is blood all over the pillows on the bay seat and also on couch area and on floor. What be causing this

It usually means that there is a urinary disorder. You need to go ahead and see the vet with him as soon as you can. You can expect the vet to do a urine culture and maybe even some blood work.

The most likely cause is a urinary tract infection or urinary stones but you reallly need to get him checked just to be sure.
