I have a 1 year old female rat terrier that just had puppies, (5) from my Jack russell. She had them last Mon 11 28 At first she had all kinds of milk! But we noticed that the puppies are really punching her to get milk? I checked her and it seems that she dont have much if any? The puppies seem to be fine and we had them to the vet on fri. to have their tails cut and the vet said they were doning good. Should she have more milk at this point ? and what can I do to help her produce more?
