can i give my chihuahua baby aspirin??

my chi seems to be alittle under the weather. no food/water in 12 hours no urination/very lathargic

Aspirin would not help your pup with what you are describing.
I would not recommend you give her anything over the counter right now.
How old is she? Has she had a vet visit recently?
Is she up to date on vaccines?
