all of sudden my schnauzer is lethargic, not moving, not ...

all of sudden my schnauzer is lethargic, not moving, not eatting and moaning like his stomach hurts, is there anything i can give him i don't have the money for a vet and i want to help him

You need to get him to a vet as pancreatitis is very common in Schnauzers. Giving a dog with that problem medicine or food can make it worse.
