I have a 7 yr old pug who was sneezing alot last night. This morning his breathing through his nose was worse than normal. The breathing got better, though he seems very lathargic and his tail is down. His nose is dry. I am assuming dogs can get colds, but so I need to take him to the vet? is there anythng they can do to make him feel better?

Optional Information:
Age: 7; Male; Breed: pug

Already Tried:
I put him in the bathroom with some steam earlier to help his breathing. It seems to be better now.
