I have a 15 year old West Highland White Terrier. He has been slowing down but now he doesn't want to eat anything! What should I do to keep him comfortable?

Age: >12; Male; Breed: West Highland White Terrier

Already Tried:
We've tried giving him chicken & rice, eggs. Right now he eats nothing but prior to this he was vomitting his chicken & rice.

At this age, you really need to go ahead and see the vet with him. This breed his prone to low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) so you need to go ahead and take him in.

He may have an intestinal blockage or other issue that could be serious. You need to find the cause for the inappetance or get some IV fluids and nutrition into him.
