My Siberian Husky seemend to have injured his leg yesterday night, and has a pretty bad limp. He keeps wanting to go outside but I'm concerned because he wants to stay outside all night and its 15degrees! He is shivering. I gave him one asprin for the pain, is there anything else I should do? Our vet is closed until tomorrow.

Optional Information:
Age: 3; Male; Breed: Syberian Husky

Already Tried:
Gave him an asprin for his pain.

There is nothing more you can do right now. Try keeping him in the house like you stated. You have given an aspirin already and that is the only safe over the counter pain medication you can give.
I highly recommend seeing your vet in the morning and your dog will probably have to be x-rayed to make sure it is not broken.
If he really wants to stay outside, or whines constantly, you may want to see if you can keep him occupied with treats and plenty of attention to see if he will calm down.
I know since he is a husky that he can be quite talkative so you may have to give in to his wanting to be outside. If you have an old blanket or heated blanket, you could try putting it outside for him.
Hope this helps.
