My German Shepherd is 11 1/2 yrs. old; the vet. thinks is ...

My German Shepherd is 11 1/2 yrs. old; the vet. thinks is cancer after X-rays were taken; he is bloated; I aske that the fluied be drained, the vet said if she does that it will create an unbalance in his system; what should I do? There seems to be a lot of pressure in his abdomen.

vet.; food for older dogs; a/d; digestive enzyme powder; small amts. of aloe vera juice.
