i have a english pitbull bulldog he is 14 months old ...

i have a english pitbull bulldog he is 14 months old he has been sick for a few days he just lays mostly and dont eat very much. but yesterday he could not get up from his hips on back. he can not move his back legs at all he can not stand up . he drags his back legs. but he is eating real good. can you tell me what is wrong with him
