If she might have picked up kennel cough or the new canine flu you should call your vet.
I see in your other question that the dog has Lyme disease and the wheezing may be a sign of a complication from this or from a heart issue etc.
You should call your vet and ask them if they want to add anything to her prescriptions for this problem or if they want to see her to check what the problem is.
While this could be a viral infection it might also mean there is fluid build up from kidney issues or something else going on.
You can read about kennel cough here to see if that sounds like what you are seeing

But if she seems lethargic then it might even be the canine flu

Because you already know your dog has a medical problem calling your own vet for guidance is your best bet.
If you have a vaporizer or humidifier or can bring her into a steamy bathroom for a bit that might help with congestion and wheezing.
Hope this helps you!
