I AM CONSIDERING BUYING A 11 MONTH OLD PORTUGUESE WATER DOG, THE PERSON WHO RUNS THE KENNEL TOLD ME THAT THIS DOG WAS RETURNED BY THE ORIGINAL OWNER BECAUSE IT WAS TOO FRISKEY FOR HER. THE DOG WAS ALSO NUETERRED AND THE PERSON AT THE KENNEL FELT THAT THE DOG WAS NUETERRED TOO EARLY. ARE THERE ANY RAMIFICATIONS ASSOCIATED WITH EARLY NUETERING AND IS THERE ANY CONCERN THAT I SHOULD HAVE GIVEN A TOO FRISKEY DISCRIPTION OF THE DOGS PERSONALITY. THANK YOU.
