My Fiancee has a Bichon Frise, About 5 years old, She scratches herself raw, The vet says its "hot spots" What is a "hot spot" How can we stop her from scratching herself raw? Can you suggest a natural Treatment to help? any help is greatly appriciated. Thank you for your time & help.   Peggy, Ron,& Minnie Mouse
