I have a pure bred white pekingese and it is reddish/orange around my puppy's eyes. It doesn't seem to be bothering her at all. She's just never had this before. Is there anyway I can remove the discoloration permanately because it is making her look very unkempt? Thanks!

Already Tried:
Looking up google.com and was told to clean around the eyes with cool water but didn't work.
