My 6 year old has lyme and has been treated two times with ...

My 6 year old has lyme and has been treated two times with antibiotics. Today he has blood running from both eye's andhas bruses in mouth and nose he is losing mucle from his head, also his legs are swollen. She it's nerve problem. My question to you is what kinda test should I ask for, because she thinks he wont make it past December and are there any other similar cases?
