We lost a healthy four month old Bull Mastiff/Cane ...

We lost a healthy four month old Bull Mastiff/Cane Corso puppy two days ago. He collapsed and died immediately. He had all his shots, had a good appetite, weighed 65 pounds. The vet though it might be his heart or an anuerysm (sp?). Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
