I have an 18 year old Shih Tzu that is throwing up and ...

I have an 18 year old Shih Tzu that is throwing up and falling over getting stiff and making a screaming noise for about a minute. Then she is very lathagich. She has been in the hospital for about 2 weeks now and not getting better. Here BUN test is 40-50. What else could be going on?

Fluids, anti nausea meds, BUN test for kidney function
