lices on guinea pigs

i has 8 guinea pigs, and just today i found out that they have got something likely lices, are little white bugs on their head, im a beginner in all about guinea pigs, they have lots of hair because they're silkies and coronets, i dont have a lot of money right now, so i need to know something bot very expensive that i could treat them againts this,Thanks!

You need to get an insecticidal shampoo from your vet. Many will give you this without seeing the pet if you describe the problem.

i have been calling some vets office and many of them just want me to take my guinea pigs there,i dont have the money to take them to the vet, right now,you dont know any vet in Ohio area(lorain county) that can sell to me that shampoo?
