I have a female, GSD, 3 yrs. old. For the last yr., she has a foul, almost "menstrual" like odor. The vet has treated her for everything from ear infections, vulvular yeast, & expressed her anal glands. She is bathed on a regular basis. Nothing works. HELP.. Your ideas? Thanks..

Already Tried:
Bathing, frequent grooming, brushing teeth, keeping ears clean, having anal glands extracted, antibiotics, anti-fungicides. Benadryl.
