My 10 year old Himmy is up to date on all her shots.

My 10 year old Himmy is up to date on all her shots. She has had a cold and a few sneezes for about three months now. I have taken her to the vet five times and she had been on two diff antibiotics and had two shots. She got a little better then it got bad again. Is there anything I can do to help her, a home remedy maybe. I am short on funds right now.
