We try to communicate the fact that there is a cost for Specialists to help you as clearly as possible. On our home page, we show several examples of recent questions that have been paid for, including how much the Customer paid... If you click just about anywhere around our site, you will see many questions and the value is clearly posted. We also describe the process in detail in our FAQ. As a side note, we are also considering adding some sort of a "demo" to try to clarify the process as well.
