I have a 5 yeard old beegle who has recently been urinating

I have a 5 yeard old beegle who has recently been urinating all over the house. This has been occuring for the past week or so. We have been taking her outside at least 4-5 times daily and during those walks she urinates 5-6 times. Inspite of the fact that she's urinating so much outside, she will often urinate inside the house within 30 minutes of being outside. She has no problem doing it right in front of me, which is out of character for her. She has been urinating in the house 5-6 times daily. While we are not home we have always kept her in a cage b/c she is not well behaved and will tear my kitchen apart. That being said, as I'm sure you know dogs will not urinate where they sleep. Lately she has been urinating inside of her cage! She doesn't mind laying in it. Do I need to take her to the vet?
