What can I do for a bee sting??

2 of my dogs were outside playing when one came up to me and was holding her head to the side and whining. She has a lump on the side of her neck, the other one I later noticed had her eye shut. My father-in-law pulled the stinger out of the ones eye but can't find the stinger in the other ones neck. What can I do to reduce the swelling and pain?
