where can you buy lubrithal

my bulldog age 5 years has been on opticrom for eye allergies and lubrithal for pain and tear
his clinic closed. i can find oticrom but not lubrithal...any ideas or vets that can prescibe it? i am desperate...these are the only meds that work and keep him "normal"
