My labrador retriever is 3 years old and seems to have chronic yucky stuff in his ears and is losing hair around his neck. When he comes inside all he does is scratch. He is outside most all of the time except at night and has recently had discharge in his eyes in the morning before he goes out. What can I do for him if this is allergies. I would like to clear this up asap
