i just purchased an 8 week old pomeranian. this is his first night with us. on the car ride home he was panting,drooling, and eventually vomited. We blamed it on car sickness. Now that he's home he won't play. Just wants to sleep and keeps opening his mouth to breath. His heart beat seems rather fast....Woman who breed him said vet said he has a mild murmur that he can out grow....What is wrong?? Should I rush him to the vet???thanks
