Hemmroids in a horse

I have a 12 year old quarter horse. I have owned alot of horses but never had one that has hemmroids! There is no way that cream can be put on her cause she will not stand for anyone touching her butt. Is there something that i could put in her feed to help soften her manure?   Please help me she is an awesome horse and I don't want to loose her and I don't like seeing her in pain.
