Basset hound with heart murmur

have a chance to buy a second Basset hound from a breeder with 50 champions. the 1yr, old has a heart murmur. She said her vet said it shouldn't be a problem just don't breed her . I would like to know what U think. Thanks. email is:ptetzlaff@sbcglobal.net
