We had our one year old cat vaccinated on Tuesday. He has lost his appetite. Is this normal 4-5 days after vaccinations?

Some pain at the injection site and lethargy is normal but you usually will see it right away rather than a few days later.

I suggest that you keep a close eye on her and see the vet if she doesn't start to improve. If she stops eating completely, you should be worried and a vet visit will be needed.
