a swollen pink bellybutton

My dog has a pink belly button , it doesnt cause her pain or any unconfartable feeling but I want to know if a vet visit is in need?

This sounds like it is an umbilical hernia that happens sometimes in dogs. If its small and not causing her any issues then you can just have the vet take care of it when she is spayed.
If she is alreasy spayed its just something to discuss next time you see the vet so he can note it on her chart.
