This sounds like one of the upper respiratory diseases which you can read about here

If your cat is not eating or drinking you need to see a vet for supportive care as cats can become dehydrated easily and also anorexia can lead to fatty liver disease if let go too long.
With the drooling this could be calicivirus as that can cause mouth sores.
