HELP ME ASAP!!!!!!!!

i recently rescued a kitten which is at least 6weeks old at the least...the owner threw the kitten out on the hard pavement in front of my home...the kitten is suffering from a very deep cut,deep enough for the bone to show on it's leg..a scrape on it' stomache, and a scrape on it's elbow...it is a very skinny cat..it looks to me that the cat has been starved..it is infested with fleas and i am scared to bathe it because of the wounds...what sould i do to help this kitten???
