Puddles/breathing problems

My 2 year old pekapoo is having allergic reactions to something. Our vet gave her a shot to reduce the inflammation in her throat along with amoxicillin. She has never had any thing so bad before. Is there some type of antihistamine or such we can giver her for her symptoms?
