my dog has a cluster of bumps ont his bottom lip and at first it started out as just a bump,what is it?

Does it look like cauliflower? Or is it just raised red bumps that are close together?

Reply to Tammy Falkner's Post: It looks like a cold sore(herpie)!and at first when it was a singlr bump it was kind of red then it turned into be a cluster of bumbs just like a cold sore!
