3 year old labrador retriever. Sores in webbing of paws, discharge from both eyes.

there is some consideration being given to the idea that some of the cyst problems can be due to allergies - perhaps to food items. It can also be a sign of a thyroid issue.
Either of those could also impact issues with eye infections.
Your best bet to resolve the problems would be to see the vet. You can try the home soaking of the paws in Epsom as the website above suggests but for eye discharge you really should see a vet in case its conjunctivitis or an injury to the eyes that is the problem there.
