Lethargy and vomiting in 10 1/2 yr old female mixed breed do

I'm concerned about my 10 1/2 year old mixed breed, female dog. This morning she began vominting - total of 3 times today. Refuses food - very little water. Lethargic. Just something she may have picked up in our wooded back yard?
