Question

anal gland

Sent to Pet Experts June 26, 2005 9:23 p.m.

My cat was fine Saturday morning but In the afernoon she stayed under the bed and when she came out she was walking slow and it seemed that her rear end was hurting since she didn't sit all the way down and she won't jump on the bed which she usually does. She lays on the floor. She has had anal infections in the past but had them operated on. She comes out to eat a little food but that's it. I'm calling her vet in the morning but since this is the weekend I have to wait until tomorrow. Do you think it could be her anal glands again? I thought they were taken out!
