sick pup

my puppy has vomit on Friday morning was okay all
day
Saturday.pooped (not completely solid) all over the
floor
Sunday...we went to petco on Sunday and she played
with
other dogs for the first time...and just vomit again today
on
Monday...there is also something thick like puss in her
urine...she has been sleeping alot today also not alot of
energy
like normal...should i rush her to 24 hour vet now or can
she go
to her vet on Tuesday
