my sick maltese

my five month old maltese had a fever of 102 a little diareha yesterday, a little vomitting, i gave him 2 cc of albon 1cc of reglan, the fever went down to 98% but today he ate a little and has been drinking a little but he had one spell of diareha and it had just a tad of blood in it, he just doesnt act his self, he is up to date on all vacc. please help
