bowel & urinery blockage in 12 yr. old pit bull

last week he was screaming stomach bloat vet catherized pulled 1 liter urine out.
our pit bull had xrays 5/20/05 showed no enlarged
prostate.(he is intact dog)
has problems urinating and bowels moving at this point
we gave him enima yesterday & day before seems only way to move.
