If you think she may have eaten something that is causing the enteritis then you can try putting her on pedialyte to drink and giving her a bland diet instead of dog food. A bland diet would be 1/3 boiled meat with fat removed (chicken or hamburger works good) to 2/3 starch which can be rice or potato
For home made pedialyte type solution you can mix 1 liter of water with 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon salt.
If you think she may have gotten into a poison including antifreeze or rodent bait you need vet help as quickly as you can manage to get it.
You can force some fluids on her by using a syringe (no needle) to spray them slowly between her cheek and teeth with her head held up. That should get her to swallow. The big worry is dehydration particularly in a little dog. The pedialyte should help with that and also may be easier for her to keep down than plain water. The sugar in it will give her some energy and the salt will help her retain fluids.
Hope this helps!
