We have a dog,a husky mix, he's about 10. A couple of days ago,we noticed a big round spot on his back where all of the hair has completely came off,just bare skin remains. We thought it had been pulled out by something but the patch is getting bigger. I suggested to my husband that it might be what they call a "HOT SPOT". Can you give me any clue as to what is causing this?
